Time For a National Security Doctrine :


Doctrine - a statement of government policy especially in international relations (here mainly military affairs)

Consensus - agreement

Threshold - the point or level at which something begins or changes

vis-à-vis - in relation to

Goof - up - a stupid mistake

Shallow - of little depth

Episodic - loosely connected episodes (many separate events at irregular intervals)

Robust - strong and sturdy in construction

Anarchy - a state of lawlessness or political disorder due to the absence of government authority



Dress Code By Judicial Dictat :



Diktat - an order that must be followed

Ambience - atmosphere of a place (mood)

Laudable - deserving praise

Fiat - here it refers ,an official order that has force of the law

Premises - a building and the area of land it is on

Impleaded - prosecute or take proceedings against

Endowments - ability possessed by someone

Consonance with - agreement or compatibility between opinions or actions

Attire - clothes. especially of fine or formal ones (of a  specific kind)

Precincts - the area within the walls or perceived boundaries of a particular building or place

Writ - a form of written command in the name of court

Mandamus - a judicial writ issued as a command to an inferior court or ordering a person to perform a public or statutory duty.
