1. Quadruple world champion Sebastian Vettel will replace Fernando Alonso at Ferrari next season after signing a three-year deal .

2. Foreign Policy Magazine of America released a list of 100 Global Thinkers. The list includes top ten decision makers, agitators, naturals, heelers’ innovators and Moguls among others.
Out of top ten decision makers, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been ranked first followed by Angela Merkel of Germany and Amit Shah of India.
3. Sutirtha Bhattacharya will be the new Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of Coal India Limited (CIL) .
4. Assam State Zoo in Guwahati have the critically endangered pig Pygmy Hog (Porcula salvania).
Pygmy Hog is the rarest and smallest wild pig inthe world.
5. Neel Mukherjee was in news because his book Lives of Others was shortlisted for Costa Book Awards on 19 November 2014.
6. China and Australia on 18 November 2014 signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on bilateral Antarctic cooperation .
7. Union Ministry of Civil Aviation approved the proposal of Indian conglomerate Mahindra Group’s proposal to sell its Australia-made airplanes named Mahindra Gipps in India.
8. Arun Duggal, chairman of Shriram Capital Limited announced to resign from the chairmanship of the financial service entity of Shriram Group.
